A.Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 calendar days of delivery. We handle all returns on a case-by-case basis with your convenience in mind. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Products purchased on qualify for a full refund if it is returned within the 30-day period. The product must be returned under the following terms.

  1. The product and all contents must be returned in its original condition as received with box.

a. A restocking fee may be applied if the product is returned in an incomplete or materially different.

  1. The product must be returned using the provided shipping method

For products purchased on other online stores, please contact the seller directly for return instructions. Please note that you may be responsible for a restocking fee and/or return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return and it passes inspection, we will process your return within 1-3 business days. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement. The credit is only valid to the original buyer and will be disbursed to the original method of payment.

Decompressed / assembled products require additional handling. Please contact us for further information.

If the mattress is decompressed, you have the option of donating the mattress to a reputable charity. To receive a refund, you must donate the item under the name “Olee Sleep” and provide us the receipt. These terms may not apply for items sold on other online stores.

C. Defective Items or Errors:

Shipping charges or restocking fees will be waived in the event the return is the result of an error by us or if the item you receive is defective.

D. How to Return:

Once you receive a pre-paid return label, please follow the below guidelines:

  1. Ensure there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package.
  2. Print and affix the label to the box with clear plastic tape.
  3. TAKE YOUR PACKAGE TO UPS: Take your package to any location of The UPS Store, UPS Access Point location, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, UPS Alliances or Authorized Shipping Outlet near you. Items sent via UPS Return Services(SM) (including via Ground) are also accepted at Drop Boxes. To find the location nearest you, please visit the 'Find Locations' Quick link at Schedule the same day or future day pickup to have a UPS driver pickup all your Internet Shipping packages. You can also hand the package to any UPS driver in your area.


Limited Warranty

Olee Sleep offers 10 Year Limited Warranty on Spring and Memory Foam Mattresses.


The Olee Sleep Limited Warranty covers product damage and workmanship defects.  This does not include any issues arising from normal wear and tear such as a change in firmness of the foam that can occur after normal break-in of the mattress. It is the buyers’ responsibility to maintain a suitable support for the mattress as the improper foundation can compromise the longevity of the mattress quality.  Olee Sleep will either repair or replace the mattress should an issue arise within the coverage period with shipping or handling cost to be paid by the customer.

This warranty is void if the product has been found to be tampered with or not used properly or intentionally or not intentionally damaged or neglected beyond normal wear. This includes soiled, burn marks, cuts, molds or stains.  

This warranty is valid to the original buyer only and the buyer is encouraged to complete the registration card or register online after purchase to ensure future coverage.

Bed Frames

Olee Sleep offers a 5 Year Limited Warranty for bed frames that covers manufacturing defects or damages arising from normal use.

If the bed frame is altered or customized in anyways, the warranty is void, and Olee Sleep is not responsible for any defects or damages to the bed frame. Upon proof of the damage or defect not arising from normal use with a photo, Olee Sleep will, at our choice, either repair or replace the bed frame at the cost of the customer for shipping and handling. 

** Our Warranty will cover items that are registered via online registration form or paper registration form as customers get received orders.
